Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium organizational products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene or customization reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cork bulletin boards (3M Cork Bulletin Board, Best-Rite Eco-Friendly Cork Board)
- Custom-sized or cut shelving units (Alera™ Industrial Wire Shelving Starter Sets)
- Installed or marked dry-erase boards (Balt® Visionary Magnetic Glass Boards, Best-Rite® ABC Porcelain Marker Boards)
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include product name, reason for return, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (1431 Kenton Lands Rd, Erlanger, US 41018)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with all original materials and include your return authorization number. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring the package for its full value
Step 4: Processing Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: Replacement item ships within 2 business days after return approval
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal):
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (such as a dented aluminum frame or faulty marker board surface):

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
