What makes your aluminum-framed marker boards special?

Where do you ship?

We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50 via EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch
How are fragile items like glass boards packaged?
We take special care with fragile items. Our Balt® Visionary Magnetic Glass Boards and other delicate products are packed with premium protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Corners are reinforced and items are securely cushioned.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive detailed tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Track your 3M cork boards, storage cabinets, or other items every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
What if my item arrives damaged?
While we take every precaution with packaging, if your aluminum-framed marker board or other product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or model of our Advantus display rails or other products, contact us within 15 days of receipt. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
